Ingredients

  • 660 g all-purpose flour (5 1/2 cups)
  • 2 ½ tsp yeast (instant or fast acting, one package)
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 360 ml milk (1 1/2 cups)
  • 240 g water (1 cup)
  • 84 g butter (6 tablespoons)
  • 2 whole eggs (large, room temperature)
  • cornmeal or semolina (for dusting)
